 - Gene Abnormality
Genes perform to take the hereditary characteristics from one cell to another cell for controlling the fission and cell growth.

   - Chromosome Abnormality
Normally, human being consists of 46 chromosomes which separated into 44 chromosomes for the body and 2 sexual chromosomes. If the amount of chromosome decreases, it will be deleterious. In contrast, if it increases, it will lead to birth abnormality.

2. Pregnant Conditions

   - Duration of fetus growth

  • At the first week of fetus implantation, the poisonous substance

that taken by mother may effect to the fetus.

  • According to cell transforming duration, if the mothers are

unhealthy or obtain some toxin, the fetus will receive high tendency of abnormality.

  • In the period of organ system’s construction and fetus growth,

the toxin taken can retard fetus growth or affects to some organ function. Frequently, sexual organ and central nervous system are the organs that affected obviously.

   - Mother’s Physical

  • Likely, mothers who are elderly incline highly to bring forth with

 abnormalities.

  • Lacking of vitamins or nutrients is able to make Endocrine gland

 disoperation.

  • The anxiety of first childbirth can effect to Anterior Pituitary

gland. It will work hard and run more hydrocortisone hormone in blood current which will restrain the cell fission.

  • Being diseased or infected during pregnancy can affect to the

fetus as well. The abnormality of fetus is usually based on how severe of disease obtained during pregnancy and medicine used for the treatment.
