The project focuses on helping cleft lip and palate patients. from birth To correct facial deformities and rebuild the lips, palate, nose, upper jaw bone.  to form a normal including improving the patient's health To be able to live with family and society happily and the project has disseminated knowledge. Build understanding of the patient's family, as well as the public and those involved. To cooperate in helping and caring for patients, as well as organizing activities to raise funds from individuals, agencies, organizations to support the cost of surgery - rehabilitation of patients who are waiting for treatment continuously.

Operation procedure

1. Patients contact for treatment from the Center for Cleft Lip Surgery and Cleft Palate Rehabilitation Project, Northern Region, at Y.MCA Building, Chiang Rai, telephone 053-702763-4.

2. Patients receive counseling and advice on treatment. and other social problems from project staff

3. The patient received surgery and rehabilitation. Condition from a plastic surgeon Systemic Physician and Speech therapist by the treatment process depending on the patient's condition

4. Staff make appointments for patients and their families to give advice and consult regularly and continuously.

5. There is a record of data collection and patient history. at the Office of the Coordination Center Surgery and rehabilitation of children with cleft lip and cleft palate in the North

6. Hold a meeting of the project working group at least every 3 months by inviting team members healing and rejuvenation Also attended the meeting to summarize the progress of the project and exchange views on the healing process.
